About Me
我是 Jean，一位熱愛旅行與香氣療癒的自媒體創作者。
我從知名電視台節目企劃、雜誌記者、廣告業務到旅遊專家，職場資歷超過二十年，但在高壓與忙碌中，我也曾失去身心的健康，直到遇見芳香療法，它溫柔地帶領我重新與自我療癒，幫助我在大自然中找到心之所向。
從2009年起我愛上了一個人旅行，旅行超過 30 多個國家與上百座城市之後，我發現旅行不只是地圖上的移動，或是跟陌生人一起吃喝玩樂，更是與來自個人內心靈魂深處的一次次探索。
我喜歡在不同土地上，透過香氣紀錄每趟靈魂的旅程，也將這些靈感轉化為創作、教學與療癒的力量。
現在我是 FunAroma 品牌的創辦人，也是 Podcast《芳齡在線》Female On Air 的節目主持人。
我長年專注於香氣生活、療癒旅行與自媒體創業的旅程中，希望用故事與香氣，陪伴你活出真正的自己。
